Data Deletion

At VuraOS we respect your right to have your data deleted. This page explains how to request it, in compliance with Meta Platform Policies, the GDPR (EU), the LGPD (Brazil) and Argentina's Law 25.326.

Option A — Automatic (Facebook / Instagram)

If you interacted with a business through our application and want your data removed, you can remove the app from your account settings:

1. Go to Settings > Apps and Websites on Facebook (or Settings > Apps and Websites on Instagram).
2. Find the business application and select Remove.
3. Meta will automatically send us a deletion request and we will delete the data associated with your identifier, returning a confirmation code.

Option B — Direct request

Email us at privacy@vuraos.com with the subject "Data Deletion" and include the channel and the identifier or name you used. We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What data do we delete?

The content of your messages, your profile name and the platform identifier associated with your interaction. Some minimal records may be retained in a dissociated form if required by law (e.g. accounting or security logs).

Status of your request

If you received a confirmation code, you can check the status by emailing privacy@vuraos.com quoting that code.
