Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed based on the action: sending an AI message, replying with voice, sending an email, an AI call, a web search, etc. When you pick the model or service inside the platform you'll see exactly how much each one consumes. You pay only for what you use and pick the level at any moment.
Real consumption depends on three variables: the AI model you pick (more powerful = more credits), the length of messages and conversations, and the services you activate (natural voice, calls, deep search). Inside the platform you have a real-time meter with breakdown by category — you'll always know how much you used, on what, and how much is left until the end of the cycle.
Two options: buy a one-time extra pack ($10 to $100) that gets added to your balance, or upgrade to a higher plan. If you upgrade before the end of the cycle, the active pack credits are preserved in the new plan. Plan credits renew automatically every month — unused ones don't roll over, except in Sentinel plans where it can be negotiated.
Yes, we ask for a card to activate the trial but nothing is charged during those 14 days. If you cancel before day 14, no charge is made. If you continue, the chosen plan gets charged automatically. This lets us reserve your account and credits without risk of abuse.
No. All paid plans include unlimited CRM contacts. What we meter is real consumption in messages, voice and campaigns — not the size of your contact base. This sets us apart from platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign that penalize your growth.
For mass campaigns you use your own WhatsApp Business API account connected to VuraOs and pay Meta directly for the messages (according to WhatsApp's official per-conversation rates). This guarantees no extra charge from us and keeps your account safe from bans. VuraOs provides the platform, flows, AI and processing credits — credits per campaign message are symbolic (1 cr) for internal auditing purposes.
Yes. You can switch AI model, voice or service as many times as you want from your agent's settings. No penalty for switching — cost is calculated based on the model you're using at each moment. This lets a client start cheap with base models and upgrade to Sonnet or Opus only when needed.

The 14-day trial is the way to try risk-free. Once the subscription is active, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — the plan stays active until the end of the billed cycle and then doesn't renew. Extra credit packs are also non-refundable but are preserved until their natural expiration.
